Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Harmony Home Rest property management web application (“Service”) at https://housing.tomitha.biz.id/. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service provides tools for managing properties, rooms, bookings, tenant registration, payments, reports, and related operations. Features may change or be updated without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- Access is limited to users created by the property administrator.
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Notify the administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable regulations.
- Attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, or access data without authorization.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes others’ rights.
- Misuse tenant personal data or identity documents outside legitimate property-management purposes.
4. Tenant and personal data
Staff users who enter or process tenant (penghuni) data must comply with applicable privacy and data-protection laws and property policies. The administrator is responsible for lawful collection of identity documents (including KTP) and for informing tenants how their data is used. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties such as Google (Drive storage), WhatsApp (via wa.me links opened in your browser), and cloud hosting/database providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms.
6. Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Property operators should maintain backups and verify critical financial and legal records independently where required.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operators of the Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service. Total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
8. Termination
The administrator may suspend or remove user accounts at any time. Access to the Service may be discontinued for maintenance, security, or business reasons.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the property operator, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
